1. Pretreatment: Raw water (domestic sewage) is collected by pipelines to the water collecting well, and larger sundries are intercepted by grids before entering the regulating tank to regulate the balanced water quality.
2. Biochemical treatment: The biochemical treatment process adopts a new A2/O process and adopts a segmented design, which can flexibly adjust the ratio of pool A to pool O. The first two segments are anaerobic segments and the second six segments are aerobic segments. AO-LSP nano-carrier fillers are arranged in each segment to improve the stability and impact resistance of the system. The AO-LSP nano-carrier filler is a carrier made of nano-fiber materials, and the attached amount of activated sludge is 3-10 times of that of the traditional process, so that the wastewater treatment efficiency can be greatly improved; meanwhile, microorganisms are enriched in sections among the compartments to form a stable food chain, and the sludge production amount is also greatly reduced. Due to the reason of division, the volume ratio of the A pool and the O pool can be flexibly adjusted according to the water quality and quantity so as to carry out denitrification treatment more flexibly. In addition, anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic microecological environments coexist on the carrier itself from inside to outside, and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification can also be realized, with excellent in-situ denitrification effect. However, due to the unique segmented design, a large number of zoogloea, protozoa, metazoa, aquatic animals and the like are segmented and enriched, thus prolonging the biological chain, completely degrading COD and reducing sludge yield.
3. Advanced treatment: According to the total phosphorus in raw water, chemical phosphorus removal by adding chemicals when necessary is considered to ensure the total phosphorus reaches the standard. The netted stacked fiber filter material in the filter tank has high filtering speed and simple backwashing operation, which can further reduce the effluent SS.
